BCM4312 driver on linux

I managed to stumble on http://forums.fedoraforum.org/showthread.php?p=1123497, its for fedora installation but i think it can be use on any linux distro, while ndiswrapper just work I reckon using a native driver for linux is how it should be done, in this case using the "The Broadcom 802.11 Linux STA wireless driver (broadcom-wl)", I only need to put in 3 command line and restart my laptop and im in business.
